Act-two is an AI tool for animating digital characters using the movements of a real person. It transfers facial expressions, gestures, and poses from video to a still image—without specialized capture suits or complex equipment.

Act-two (by Runway) turns static images into short videos by tracking body, face, and hand motion. It’s used for professional animation workflows as well as creative experiments.
