Airlight is a minimalist “super browser” that brings AI tools and web apps into an always-on-top overlay on macOS. It’s designed for quick access without switching tabs, apps, or using a second monitor.
Use Airlight to open popular AI services and websites as a lightweight overlay while you keep working in your main app.
Airlight opens and hides with a single shortcut: Option + Space. The window appears over your current screen and disappears just as quickly when you’re done, helping reduce context switching during research, writing, or coding.
Airlight routes searches through Perplexity by default, so typing a query turns into an AI-assisted search with generated answers, while still letting you jump to other web apps as needed.
