Higgs Audio is an online AI tool for voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS). You can upload a reference voice (or provide a URL), then generate narration that mimics the voice’s key characteristics.

Voice cloning from reference audio

In Voice Cloning mode, the service aims to reproduce tone, intonation, and speaking style from a sample.

• Choose a generation type
• Upload an audio file or paste a URL
• Enter the text you want voiced
• Generate speech using the cloned voice

The free version is limited to 100 characters and provides access only to basic voices.

TTS generation and sound controls

Higgs Audio also works as a standard text-to-speech generator. You can select a voice, adjust the sound style, and add audio effects. A generation history is saved, making it easier to reuse successful takes.

Common use cases

It’s suited for quick test voiceovers, rough cuts of videos, podcast prototypes, and social media voice content. After signing in, the character limit increases to 4,000 and more voices and generation types become available for ongoing audio work.
