Animate Old Photos offers up to 60 free animations per day without registration, available on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak hours, processing can take about 5 to 60 minutes. A paid option is available for faster processing via a priority queue.
Supported file types include PNG, JPG, and JPEG up to 10 MB, which fits most personal photo collections.
