- Reduce background noise, hum, and low-frequency rumble
- Level loudness between speakers and normalize to EBU R128
- Automatically trim silence and filler words
- Transcribe speech in 80 languages
- Create podcast chapters
- Generate audiograms for video
- Process multitrack recordings
- Export to multiple platforms and cloud services
Workflow, apps, and integrations
Auphonic is available as a web service and an Android mobile app. The desktop version is outdated and doesn’t support macOS Ventura and later. Typical steps are: sign up, upload an audio/video file, choose processing algorithms, set loudness targets, run processing, download the result, and publish.
It supports common audio and video formats and can remove noise or silence, cut specific sounds, and even separate a song into vocals and music. Integrations include YouTube, Dropbox, PodBean, Zapier, and an API for automation.
Pricing and languages
The free tier includes 2 hours of processing per month. Paid plans range from $11/month for 9 hours up to $99/month for 100 hours. The product works in English; the interface also supports German and French (no Russian as of 2025).
