Critique is a browser add-on that helps you verify information while you browse. It works on top of the sites you already use, so you can read news, posts, and comments without changing your usual workflow.

Inline fact-checking in social feeds

Critique monitors content across major platforms and adds automatic critical notes directly on posts and comments. It highlights questionable claims, adds links and context, and points out where statements aren’t supported by sources.

Chat with pages and get cited answers

You can open Critique Flow with ⌘/Ctrl-Shift-K, include your open tabs in a query, and receive an answer with annotations in a scholarly citation style. Sources and context are shown alongside the response, making it easier to validate conclusions.

Select any text on a page and choose “Critique this” to verify claims, find supporting or contradicting evidence, and ask follow-up questions as you read.
