HealthKey connects to a site’s EHR system and analyzes structured data in the background, including diagnoses, procedures, and lab results. Based on encoded criteria for a specific study, it generates a prioritized list of potentially eligible patients.
Candidate shortlists are delivered to clinical research coordinators (CRCs) for final review. This reduces the amount of manual chart screening and can lower screen failure rates by focusing detailed review on pre-qualified cases.
