Mia is a personal AI mentor for everyday life that combines the roles of a friend, coach, and therapeutic conversation partner. You chat in a dialogue format: share thoughts, doubts, or plans, and Mia helps you organize them and see the situation from a new angle.
Mia can be used to talk through goals, fears, work challenges, or personal concerns. It asks clarifying questions, gently encourages reflection, and helps you define practical next steps. This format can work well if you want regular emotional support but aren’t always ready for live sessions with a psychologist.
A separate focus in Mia is discussing dreams and what they might reflect. You describe a dream, and Mia helps connect its images to what you may be experiencing right now—without presenting it as “magical interpretation,” but as a way to understand yourself better.
