Miraa is a language-learning tool built around movies, TV shows, and other media. It creates AI-powered bilingual subtitles and helps you unpack unfamiliar phrases as you watch.
Upload a video or audio file, and Miraa automatically transcribes it to text. It then builds subtitles and translates them into your chosen language in real time, so you can view the original and translation side by side and follow natural speech instead of textbook examples.
Miraa includes an echoing mode that lets you repeat lines after the speaker. A pacing indicator on screen helps you match timing, which supports listening, intonation, and rhythm practice without leaving the context of a film or podcast.
An in-app AI chat explains unclear words and structures right from the subtitles. You can ask about grammar, alternative phrasing, or usage examples, with explanations linked to the exact line you’re studying.
