Pi AI is a chatbot from Inflection AI, launched in May 2023. It’s positioned as a personal assistant with an emphasis on empathy and supportive conversation.

Pi AI is built on the Inflection-2.5 model. It’s designed for both information and emotional support, and can handle a wide range of everyday requests.

Pi AI’s average conversation length is reported as 33 minutes. It can process up to 1,000 requests per second.

How to use it

Pi AI is available on the web at https://pi.ai and via mobile apps for iOS and Android—no desktop installation required.

• Open https://pi.ai or the mobile app
• Type your prompt (or use voice input)
• Continue the conversation with follow-up questions
• Use the menu to switch topics

Pi AI is free to use, doesn’t require registration, and currently works only in English.
