Promptix is a macOS desktop app that brings AI into any application or document. Select text, press a hotkey, and run an action like proofreading, translation, or text generation right where you’re working.
Set up keyboard shortcuts and workflows once, then use them across email, messengers, code editors, browsers, and office tools. Promptix works on top of the current app, so you don’t need to copy text into a separate window—results appear in the same input field.
Use Promptix to correct spelling and grammar without breaking your flow. Translate a selected fragment into any language, rephrase it, or generate new text. For recurring tasks, you can create custom prompts for things like:
