Scrabblecam

Scrabblecam is an AI Scrabble solver that analyzes photos of a real game board and suggests the best moves. Instead of manually entering tiles and positions, you take a picture (or upload one) and the system recognizes the current board state.

How it works

Scrabblecam uses deep learning to detect squares, letters, and tile values from a physical board image. It then calculates optimal plays based on the selected ruleset and available dictionaries.

Supported dictionaries and languages

Scrabblecam supports multiple official dictionaries and languages:

• English: CSW21 (international) and NWL23 (North America)
• French: ODS9
• Italian

Who it’s for

Scrabblecam is useful for practice and post-game analysis, especially when you want to review tricky positions, validate your choices, or speed up move evaluation. An API is also available for integrating Scrabblecam into apps, bots, and game platforms.
