Setmixer is a service that automatically records live performances directly from a venue’s mixing console at partner locations. It provides multitrack, studio-style recordings without manual setup or additional recording hardware. Artists and organizers get a simple interface showing connection and recording status, available tracks, and download options.

How it works

Technical notes and limitations

Setmixer only works on equipment installed at partner venues. Recording quality depends on the specific mixing console in use. During recording, users can’t adjust individual track parameters.

Unlike solutions such as Soundcraft Ui24R or PreSonus Capture, Setmixer doesn’t require a physical recorder or hands-on configuration. The trade-off is that it’s available only at partner venues rather than on any compatible setup.
