The Solemn Sir combines men’s coaching with AI-based support through its chatbot, Gavin. The project focuses on men’s vulnerability, loneliness, and building healthier forms of male community.

Gavin: a conversational AI companion

Gavin is positioned as an “AI conversational support chatbot.” It’s designed to help users talk through difficult emotions, doubts, and real-life situations in a private, dialogue-based format.
