You Are Generative AI

You Are Generative AI is a browser-based text role-playing game where you play as a chatbot similar to ChatGPT. Your goal is to respond to a fictional user’s prompts while the game simulates how a generative model behaves and highlights the electricity required to produce each answer.

What you do in the game

You choose how to respond, adjust your communication style, and see how your answers affect the user’s trust. The game also estimates energy use and carbon emissions for each response using data based on real data centers.
