Microsoft Copilot Studio is Microsoft's platform for building AI agents. Teams can create agents for support, HR, finance, sales, and internal workflows, connect them to company data, and publish them as standalone assistants or extensions of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
How It Works
Copilot Studio gives business teams a visual agent builder while still leaving room for developers to connect APIs, flows, and more advanced logic. An agent can answer from knowledge sources, trigger actions through Power Platform, work with external systems, and escalate complex cases to a person.
