Command A is a language model by Cohere built for enterprise use, designed to deliver strong performance with lower compute requirements.

Command A is aimed at business workflows that require large-context processing and working with company data.

Performance and context

Cohere states the model can run on two NVIDIA A100 or H100 GPUs, reducing energy use compared to setups that require many more GPUs. It’s reported at up to 156 tokens/second with context lengths up to 256K tokens.
