The system uses large language models (LLMs) and is delivered through Microsoft cloud services. Data processing happens within an organization’s corporate environment, and you interact with Copilot through familiar Microsoft 365 interfaces.

Who it’s for

Copilot for Microsoft 365 is designed for organizations already using Microsoft 365 subscriptions. It’s less suitable if you don’t work in the Microsoft ecosystem or if your organization isn’t comfortable processing data in the cloud. New users may need some time to learn the workflows, but it’s especially useful for teams handling large volumes of documents, spreadsheets, and email.
