Microsoft Agent 365 is not an agent builder. It is the control plane for organizations that expect to run many agents across teams. Its job is to show which agents exist, who owns them, what they can access, and which security policies apply.

Why It Exists

When agents are created in Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, or other tools, companies still need inventory and governance. Agent 365 focuses on lifecycle management, access, audit, security, and compliance.
