Connect school, work, and family apps along with email. “O” consolidates events into one calendar, highlights scheduling conflicts, and helps you stay on top of important meetings, practices, and kids’ activities.

Smart Ohai Sync

Smart Ohai Sync brings updates from different apps into one home “base” view. This reduces the need to manually check schedules across messengers, email threads, and separate calendar apps.

Email and document scanning

Ohai.ai can detect dates and events in emails, PDFs, and other documents, then add them to the calendar automatically. This cuts down on manual entry and helps reduce mistakes.

Simple chat-based requests

You interact with “O” through text messages to:
