Tidio Copilot is an AI assistant for customer support agents that fits into your existing workflow. It connects to Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and Gmail and suggests ready-to-send replies based on previously handled conversations.
Copilot analyzes past customer requests across chat, email, and social channels to generate relevant response drafts. Agents can use the suggestion as-is, edit it, or ignore it entirely, helping reduce repetitive manual writing and speed up common requests.
Copilot runs as a free Chrome extension. After installing it, you sign in to your Tidio account, connect the helpdesk you use, and add knowledge sources such as:
Tidio Copilot is useful for online stores and services with a high volume of similar questions. Based on prior conversations, it can suggest how to phrase an answer for a specific request and, in some cases, which product to recommend—helping keep responses consistent and reducing team workload.
