Native performance

Built in Rust and under 10 MB, Yack avoids heavy Electron wrappers. This keeps system impact low and helps the app launch quickly and run smoothly, even on a busy Mac.

Privacy and control

Yack doesn’t store your data on its own servers and works with your own OpenAI API key, so you control what gets sent and how your API usage is spent.
