Heyday is an AI assistant for managing digital information. It brings documents, notes, and conversations into a single searchable knowledge base, so you can quickly find key details, quotes, and short summaries from emails or meetings.
Heyday uses a minimalist dashboard with guided setup for connecting your email, calendar, and notes. Integrations with email and calendar services are handled via OAuth. The service runs in the background and automatically indexes content, so you don’t need to build a manual folder structure.
Heyday is a good fit for managers, researchers, and project teams dealing with high volumes of information. Advanced search and contextual features may require learning filters and query patterns. Some features, such as call transcription, are available only for Zoom. For full functionality, Heyday needs access to your email and calendar; data is encrypted and access is user-controlled.
